BOOOO!

Hello all,
Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings but don't kill the messenger 'kay?
Well it seems as if talks have totally broken down with both sides playing hardball and fighting through press releases. The studios say they offered $230, 000 annual salary while the writer's say they were offered a measly 250$ per internet re-run. So Lord knows what's really going on.
Anyhoo, it looks pretty doubtful we'll be watching any new episodes for a while, possibly a long while.

Also, the Office got totally snubbed at the Golden Globes, only Steve Carrell got a nod for Best Actor, but The Office was not nominated for best Comedy and Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer, have been completely forgotten...pathetic yes? And that's all, arguably one of the Best series on Television, and definitely the best comedy (although Extras is fantastic even though it's all wrapped up now) and they get one nomination? Ridiculous!!! Meanwhile ever-present crapfest Grey's Anatomy gets recognized...wow, okay, cause it takes talent to spin a wheel and to decide which characters will sleep together this week...bravo Golden Globes, Bravo! Also, the best drama on television, Dexter, also got only one nomination (for Michael C. Hall, best actor). Honestly are these awards even relevant anymore? If you care the Golden Globes are going to air January 13th, but they're doubting many celebs will show up as an act of solidarity for the writers.

Anyway...that's enough ranting for now, i'll let you guys know if anything comes up!
