Ok, so, honestly, pretty so-so overall...i don't know, they didn't touch on the Ryan as a cokehead, or Toby leaving...are they saving all the major stuff for the finale? and i'm not sure how i feel about the impending engagement...it all seems too easy dontcha think? And why does Angela seem HAPPY with Andy...no, that's just wrong...she better be with Dwight at the end of this season!!!

Anyhoo i'm off to watch 30 ROck...

Thoughts on "Night Out"

Hey All,
So i thought i'd share my thoughts on last week's ep:
-First off, my fave so far this season and kinda high up on my list in general...so much happened and i kept saying OMG!! and my mouth was just hanging wide open for some parts, it was pretty awesome, the only thing that could have made it more awesome would have been Mose partying it up with the guys in NYC...but i digress.

-Second, what is up with Jim screwing the pooch every single time he's put in charge? i guess they're making a point that Michael is honestly doing the best he can, and not even sexy, charismatic and seemingly more capable Jim could do better.

-Third, HOLY CRAP DWIGHT IS A PLAYA!!!! Check that sucka out man, i love how club chicks find his brand of paranoia and nerdiness irresistible. I don't think Angela appreciated the pic though...

-Fourth, wow, that Ryan stuff was heavy, the heaviest i think the Office has ever been. Meredith's alcoholism has been a running joke but it's been a joke...Ryan's cokeheadedness wasn't meant to be funny (and if it was someone needs to alert the writers it wasn't)and the fact that his cry for help was directed at Michael of all ppl proved it...i don't know where they're gonna go with that, but they better not ignore that storyline. I'm thinking it may be a way to get Ryan back to Scranton, Michael would rather have a disgraced Ryan than no Ryan at all, and honestly, so would I, douchebag-iness aside.

- Gotta say i'm loving the infusion of drama, drama that isn't JAM-centric, i was honestly quite worried the show would stagnate without the tension between the 2, but i think the show's pulling it off so far...

-So i guess Toby IS leaving (see previous post), i don't know how this is gonna work, i mean, Michael needs a nemesis and i don't know if anyone can fill Toby's sad sack place (except maybe Michael Cera...if you don't understand why, you need to watch the Arrested Development ep entitled Good Grief...). This really bothers me...

Overall, GREAT episode, i love when we get out of the Office and can watch the ppl in the "real world"...also Meredith getting hit with a football: PRICELESS!!

Let's hope the writers can keep it going!!

It’s Toby’s goodbye party at Dunder Mifflin and Michael demands a huge celebration that matches the joy in his heart. Angela, sick of Michael’s unreasonable last minute demands, refuses, and Michael turns to Phyllis to take over the party planning committee. Meanwhile, Dwight and Meredith haze the new HR woman, Holly.

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!?!?!!?!? They can't get rid of Toby!!! They can't!!!!!!!!!

I'm gonna go cry now...I though the Costa Rica move was a diversion so he could run for it!!
